These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LocalCrew website and related service-request communication. By using LocalCrew, you agree to these Terms.

LocalCrew's role

LocalCrew is a service-request coordination platform. LocalCrew may collect information about a customer's project and use that information to facilitate communication with local service professionals. LocalCrew does not itself guarantee that a professional will be available for every request.

Service requests

You agree to provide accurate information when submitting a service request. You are responsible for reviewing the details you provide, including your contact information, service address, requested service, and preferred schedule.

Service professionals

Where LocalCrew connects a customer with a service professional, the professional may be an independent third party. Any agreement for work, pricing, scheduling, warranties, or payment should be confirmed between the customer and the applicable professional unless LocalCrew expressly states otherwise.

Acceptable use

You may not use LocalCrew to submit fraudulent, abusive, threatening, unlawful, or intentionally misleading requests, or to interfere with the operation or security of the service.

Availability

LocalCrew may change, suspend, or discontinue portions of the service at any time. Service availability may vary by location, service type, professional availability, and other operational factors.

Disclaimer

LocalCrew provides the website and service-request coordination functionality on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, LocalCrew makes no warranties that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or that a particular service professional will be available.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LocalCrew will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where applicable law does not permit such a limitation.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as LocalCrew develops. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
