LocalCrew ("LocalCrew," "we," "us," or "our") helps customers submit local service requests and helps organize those requests for follow-up with service professionals. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information in connection with LocalCrew and this website.

Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with LocalCrew, we may collect information you voluntarily provide, including your name, phone number, service address, ZIP code, requested service, job description, preferred date and time, budget information, and messages exchanged with LocalCrew.

We may also receive basic account or messaging identifiers from platforms through which you contact LocalCrew, such as Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp.

How we use information

We use information to receive and organize service requests, communicate with customers, coordinate service-request follow-up, maintain business records, improve our services, prevent abuse, and provide customer support.

Google user data

LocalCrew may use Google services and Google-authorized access to create and manage documents, files, folders, or other business records associated with LocalCrew service requests. Google user data obtained through Google APIs is used only for the functionality requested and authorized by the user and is handled in accordance with Google's applicable API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements where applicable.

We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising. We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide the requested functionality, comply with law, or protect the security of the service.

Sharing information

We may share service-request information with service professionals or service providers when necessary to respond to a customer's request. We may also use technology and infrastructure providers to operate LocalCrew. We require such providers to process information only as needed to provide their services or as otherwise permitted by law.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing services, maintaining business records, resolving disputes, and complying with legal obligations.
